Chad Tackett has a BS degree in exercise science & nutrition from Oregon State University (1994) and is certified as a Personal Trainer & Weight Management Specialist by the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Chad has written fitness articles, fit tips, exercise instructions, Q & A columns, and healthy recipes for more than 300 health-related magazines, newsletters, and web site’s.
Chad created the very first fitness program on the Internet (Global Health & Fitness) more than 15 years ago and has almost one thousand verifiable success stories from men and women around the world.
In 2008, Chad was named Oregon State University’s Young Alumni of the Year and has personally raised more than $100,000 for the American Red Cross, Oregon Food Bank, and Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund.
In 2009, Chad launched Fast Track to Fat Loss (FastTracktoFatLoss.com) – another online fitness and weight loss program that has an active community of more than 170,000 members. In 2011 he created a "hard copy" version of this popular program that includes books, DVDs, charts, and a 12-week meal and workout planner. He then went on to create a fat-burning recipe book and two workout books.
Chad's latest creation is FitFreeze (FitFreeze.com), a high-protein, high-fiber ice cream that's low in fat, sugar, and calories, and is gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, 100% all-natural, and a perfect healthy treat for kids!
